Our Crisis Triage Center and Sub-Acute Detox Facility are both located in Building B at our Yakima Center. Here, we provide 24-hour, non-medical withdrawal management (or sub-acute detox services), and 24-hour crisis stabilization. This location also offers emergency behavioral health services with walk-in clinic hours on weekdays.

Services at this location are provided by dedicated mental health and substance use treatment professionals who monitor client symptoms, conduct continuous crisis assessments, and attend to other urgent needs like obtaining medication refills. Once stabilized, our staff will refer a client to outpatient services, or long-term treatment, depending on the needs of the client.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, simply call the crisis line at any time, or come directly to this location Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

For detox services, simply call us at this location, or come to the detox entrance at any time.

Law enforcement, medical providers, or social service professionals can also make referrals by phone, or in-person during walk-in hours.

This 16-bed facility is licensed by both the Washington State Department of Health, and by the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery as a Sub-Acute Detox Facility and a Residential Treatment Facility.
