Since our founding in 1972, Comprehensive Healthcare has been a leading mental health provider in Washington. With our staff of over 700 professionals, we now have programs in 11 counties and treat more than 20,000 individuals each year. As we have grown in both geographic area, and breadth of programs, we have maintained our reputation for excellence.

We are an innovative, mission-driven agency, and continually seek to improve the services we provide and to offer new programs that meet the needs of our communities. Comprehensive Healthcare enjoys close partnerships with major research universities, State government departments, and other community providers to implement unique and cutting-edge treatment programs. To ensure that our clients receive the highest-quality treatment available, we utilize only evidence-based programs, and have frequent quality assurance and fidelity consultations.

At Comprehensive Healthcare, we know that the right opportunities help employees flourish. We offer a wide range of career paths with options for mobility and advancement within the agency, giving staff a chance to find their best fit. All employees receive regular job-related training, and clinical staff members have the opportunity to receive on-site continuing education as required for maintaining licensure. In addition, we encourage and support our clinicians in earning independent licensure by offering regular clinical supervision with licensed team leaders or program directors. We encourage staff to pursue further education or practice in order to earn advanced credentials whenever possible.

The best work environment is one in which every person shares the same chance for success, which is why we’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Our workplace is free from discrimination based on race, creed, color, national origin, sex, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state or local law. We value the diverse perspectives and strengths that our employees bring to the workplace, and we encourage individuals from underrepresented groups to apply for our positions. The Human Resources department offers accommodations and assistance for the application and interview process; please reach out to us via email at HR@comphc.org, or by phone at (509) 575-4084 to make arrangements.

Compensation and Benefits

Comprehensive Healthcare offers a full compensation and benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs and goals of our employees. In addition to base salary, we also offer supplemental pay for valuable credentials such as fluency in a second language or advanced clinical licensure. We strive to fairly and equitably compensate employees for their expertise, dedication, and performance.
