Your first appointment
Your first appointment is frequently referred to as your intake appointment. During this first meeting, an intake specialist asks a series of questions that help us provide a full assessment of your needs. Answers to these questions, along with basic health and demographic information, is documented in an Intake Packet which helps us connect new clients with the best care team or program for them.
Substance Use Disorder assessments will be completed by one of our substance use disorder counselors. These assessments are also typically scheduled to take two hours.
