Comprehensive Healthcare’s Crisis Triage Center is operated 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, and is designed to serve adults, suffering mental health or substance use crisis situations. Our 16- bed facility is licensed by both the Washington State Department of Health and by the Division of Behavioral Health & Recovery as a sub-acute detox facility. Placements are used flexibly for sub-acute detox, protective custody holds under RCW 70.96A, and Mental Health crisis stabilization.
The Crisis Triage Center won the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare's Award of Excellence for Crisis Services in 1998.
Patients receive individual and group services, symptom monitoring, coordination and case management, and referals to longer term treatment services when appropriate. These services are all provided by a dedicated mix of mental health and substance use treatment professionals.
Referrals may be made by telephone and/or in person by an individual, family member, law enforcement or medical or social service professional. Mental health professionals can be dispatched to anywhere in our services area, to respond to urgent needs.
