Employees are automatically provided with a retirement plan in which employees receive company funded contributions based upon their earnings. Comprehensive is currently contributing an amount equal to 5% of an employee’s compensation, within IRS guidelines. These contributions are made directly to an account that employees can make investment selections that best meet their needs.
In addition to the retirement plan, we provide an additional opportunity to save for retirement with a 403(b) Plan. This plan allows employees to supplement their retirement savings and receive matching contributions from the company. When employees contribute to the 403(b) Plan, the company will make a matching contribution equal to 50% of the employee’s contribution up to 4% of the employee’s compensation for that payroll period.

The Tuition Reimbursement Program provides reimbursement of tuition expenses to eligible employees that are pursuing approved higher education.
