Child and Family Services

We believe that families are the best supports for their children. We believe that parents or guardians want what is best for their children. And we believe that within each of us there is an internal drive to grow and improve as well as the ability to recover from any challenge or trial. There are times in our lives that we need some help and support to meet the challenges and trials of life. Here at Comprehensive Healthcare our focus is on helping children and families use their strengths to build resiliency and to develop the skills needed for the healing process.

Services We Provide

Comprehensive Healthcare offers both family and individual therapy for children and families. It is important to understand that individual therapy for children really means we will work with the child or teen to learn skills to cope with the challenges and/or trials they are facing, while still connecting and collaborating with their parent /caregiver. We know the brain of a child does not fully develop until well into the 20s, so we really need and value the parents /caregivers participating with their child or teen throughout the services we will provide. We think of it services as working “WITH” the parent or caregiver who really are the main support throughout their child’s life.
