Comprehensive Healthcare’s Yakima Center not only serves as the administrative hub of our organization, but offers a broad range of behavioral health services. Providers at our Yakima Center range from therapists and case managers to counselors, substance use professionals, prescribers, nurses, and more. There are five entrances at the Yakima Center. We have provided the following list to allow easier access to the services you are trying to reach at the Yakima Center.

 

Entrance 1: New Clients, Outpatient Services, WISe, MST, New Journeys, and Aspen Victim Advocacy Services
Entrance 2: Accessible only by staff, this is also an emergency exit
Entrance 3: Substance Use Disorder services, PACT, Community Support Services (Rehab), and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT)
Entrance 4: Walk-in Clinic
Entrance 5: Medication Assisted Treatment (Methadone Program)

  • Multi-Systemic Therapy — Family Integrated Therapy (MST-FIT) (Entrance 1)

  • Medications to treat Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) — Methadone, Suboxone, and Naltrexone (Entrance 5)

  • New Journeys (First Episode Psychosis) (Entrance 3)

  • Outpatient Mental Health Services: Adult, Senior Adult, Children, and Families (Entrance 1)

  • Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)

  • School-Based Services

  • Substance use disorder treatment: Youth and Adult (Entrance 3)

  • Yakima Neighborhood Health Primary Care Clinic (Entrance 3)

  • Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) (Entrance 1)

  • Hub and Spoke

  • Substance use disorder/addiction services including Suboxone
